Meet the Founder
Lindsey Webb, Managing Partner
Lindsey brings more over 15 years of experience advising professional services, private equity portfolio companies, and funds on senior and executive talent. She partners closely with C-suite leaders, boards, and investors to identify leaders who drive value creation, operational scale, and long-term growth, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring and assessment process. Her deep understanding of PE environments enables her to guide clients through leadership decisions tied to transformation, integration, and exit-readiness in highly competitive markets.
Before starting Linwood, Lindsey worked within a boutique executive search firm focused on retained senior-level and executive hiring, where she advised private equity–backed and professional services organizations on critical leadership needs. Prior to that, she held senior recruiting and leadership roles at Riveron—a PE-backed professional services firm—as well as Houlihan Lokey and Grant Thornton. At Riveron, she built and led strategic recruiting initiatives in close partnership with executive leadership, supporting rapid growth, acquisitions, and organizational evolution. Across her career, Lindsey has recruited senior leadership across a variety of areas including, Office of the CFO, Advisory, Value Creation, and corporate functions, delivering tailored human capital solutions aligned with each client’s strategy, investment horizon, and value-creation plan.
Lindsey is actively involved with ACG, TMA, the Women’s Association of Venture & Equity, and Dress for Success–Chicago.
